Share Access to your Account Elevating Education, Everywhere On the CRM you can choose whether you want other users to be able to see your account or not By clicking on the top right on to your initials and clicking into email settings you should be able to see your account under My Accounts From the screenshot above you can see my settings are set to only me, you can click on this or the 3 dots next to this and click share options This will open a new window, please see screenshot below I have updated my share options to view only, this will allow other users to have access to view my email, once you click out of that window the wording next to your account would change depending on what share options you decide to use Etio, St Mary’s Court 55 St Mary’s Road Sheffield S2 4AN UK Copyright © 2024 Etio, All Rights Reserved.
