Accessing VPN and MyHR Elevating Education, Everywhere To login to the VPN, click on the ^ arrow on the task bar and right click the padlock and click connect or connect to and choose the correct VPN. You will need to make sure your username is firstname.lastname. If you are getting the error username/password incorrect you will need to update your password. Update your password by either going to edge and opening a private window , type in www.office.com and click sign in Then click can’t access your account and choose work or school account, enter your email and the characters in the picture for security and click next. Then you will need to authenticate using your number and authenticator app, once done you should be able to change your password. You can then enter your username and password in the Capsule VPN and have the Microsoft authenticator app ready to approve the login.
