Workaround for D365 Expenses app slow to load/not working on ipad
There is a known issue for users who have updated their iOS device to 18.6 or greater. This is an issue between Microsoft and Apple and there is currently no forecasted date for a fix.
The workaround is to either
- Raise expenses claims using a laptop running windows.
- Line managers can submit on behalf of their teams but they'll need to advise the Business Apps team via the Central IT RemedyForce platform so the delegation can be set up.
