Intune enrollment on your iPhone
Please follow the steps below to remove the current enrolment and then reenrol your device:
Step 1: Remove the existing enrolment
1. On your iPhone, go to Settings.
2. Tap General → VPN & Device Management (on some versions it may say Profiles & Device Management).
3. Under Mobile Device Management (MDM), select the profile that relates to our organisation.
4. Tap Remove Management.
• You may be prompted for your device passcode.
5. This will temporarily remove company access from your phone.
Step 2: Re-enrol your device
1. Open the App Store and make sure you have the Microsoft Intune Company Portal app installed.
• If you don’t have it, search for Company Portal and install it.
2. Open the Company Portal app.
3. Sign in using your work account credentials (the same as you use on your laptop).
4. Follow the prompts to:
• Allow the app to manage the device.
• Install the new management profile (you’ll be taken briefly into Settings to confirm installation).
• Return to the Company Portal app to complete setup.
5. Once finished, your device should show as Enrolled and compliant.
Step 3: Confirm access
• Open the Outlook app (or the Teams/other work app you use) and check if your email and account connect successfully.
• If you still see the error “The connection to the server failed,” restart your iPhone and try again.
